quotes kay, but this is the oil that also lets the rebound work right? Would it make any difference if id choose 15 instead of 5? And do you know what they exactly do in this manual http://www.enduroforkseals.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderfiles/sherman_flick_web.pdf ? When they put the oil into the stantions they put in about 125cc but later on they remove oil? And they also measure it from the top of the stantion to the top of the oil right? many thanks=]

the oil in the lowers is called 'splash oil' - its only purpose is to lube the bottom of the shaft that joins the lower leg to the upper chambers. The manual said it could be anywhere between 5 and 40 wt, so 15 is just fine.

But are it ur sc with 150 or do u lowered ur triples? what do you mean by this? umm you have to do some really dumb stuf to do that to ur finger, i had bent my disk erlyer in the day and on the ride home it was rubbing really bad so i loosened the caliper and as i was riding it was getting too loose so i reached down and did it up a bit with my fingers and yeah...lol long story, yeah i live on flat too it sucks lol

oh my god yes. There is the biggest difference in the WORLD.
I can brake so much later on my turns and i no longer have to worry about having enough space in a technical city drop or jump.
I would at least get a front brake. do it. just get an avid elixir r. they are nice and quite cheep. You will see the huge power that they have.

it is actually pretty nice. The rear has a lot modulation so i can control it really nice and the front is really my favorite brake. I use it a lot more that the rear. It is fine. I am actually debating whether to switch or not to hydraulic. If so i would get an elixir r.
